If you want to do B.Com with MBA integrated then you can apply for LPU integrated course that is B.Com (honors) +MBA and LPU is near Chandigarh.

There are no colleges in Chandigarh that provide that combination. You can find BBA+MBA combination.

There are no good colleges in Chandigarh that provide that specification except BKN Group of Institutions and IIM, Indore provides the integrated course.
