What is it exactly meant by '3 Year Graduate Degree?'What if the person has skipped a year during graduation and completed degree in 4year

Hi, As per the basic guidelines, Bachelor degree is awarded in minimum 3 years and maximum depends upon the course structure and requirement. For example duration of B.tech is 4 years minimum. And if the person has skipped an year in his 3 year graduate degree and completed in 4 years then he sh
