What is its Global Immersion Programme all about?

In global immersion programme, the students have an industrial visit located outside India. The students are not only exposed to various studies like supply chain, marketing, finance, HR, etc. of the industries which they visit but also interact with students and people of the country they visit to know about their languages, culture, etc. The programme lasts for approximately 1 week.

SIESCOMS does not limit its training to produce domestic leaders for the country. While the institute is going global with its recently launched Global Immersion Program (GIP) to expose students to foreign culture, language and economic environment. In all two global immersion program have occurred first was in Dubai and second was in Malaysia. The overall objectives of the program are:- To provide an understanding of the region business, cultural, and political environments, to achieve a working knowledge of local business practices through direct interaction with managers and government officials to explore the value of different economic models as benchmarks for global business practices and promote intercultural awareness and communication.
