JEE is Joint Entrance Examination. It's an engineering entrance exam which is conducted for admission in Engineering/Architecture Courses at IITs and NITs. The Exam is conducted in 3 phases:
1. Main
2. Advanced
3. Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT)

It is conducted all over India so that students can get admission in various engineering college like IIT, NIT, IIIT and other government or private colleges. JEE Main is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the class 12th examination. -
