What is JNU (jodhpur national Univeristy) IBL program? is they providing regular courses or part time courses or distance courses?

I have to do masters and i'm getting calls from some institutes that they are providing regular course during working via JNU IBL program.when i called to JNU .they are saying they are providing part time courses so u can do work as well as study.so pls tell is it distance or regular or part time?
