    The KIITEE marking scheme follows a system that rewards accuracy and penalizes incorrect answers:

    • Marks per correct answer: 4 marks are awarded for each question you answer correctly.
    • Negative marking: There is negative marking, so you will be deducted 1 mark for every question you answer incorrectly. This means strategically avoiding a question you are unsure about can be beneficial.
    • Marks for unattempted questions: No marks are awarded or deducted for questions you leave blank. There's no penalty for not attempting a question.

    The exam authority mentions the KIIT 2025 exam marking scheme in the official notification. Applicants appearing in the KIITEE exam will be awarded 4 marks for the correct answer. There will be a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer. Candidates will be awarded zero marks for unattempted questions. Once applicants have completed answering all questions in KIITEE 2025 exam then they will be directed to first question of the next section. In case applicant want to finish the KIIT exam 2025 before the allotted time, then a confirmation page will appear with two options. Either to go back to the test or to complete the tes
