    Dear Student, The laws which are enacted to submit the proofs related to a case or arbitration and dispute is known as law of evidence. In India, for submission of proofs in the courts, the provisions are included in The Indian Evidence Act, 1872. In the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, the procedure everything related to solve the case is mentioned. The cross examination that are done by the advocates are defined in the Evidence Act.
