Hi,
After completing Bsc in geology,you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (Msc in Geology, MBA etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

many scopes for geology..in foreign rather than India, you can earn $68000 per yer, if not you can also work as teacher or researcher in reputed organizations
