Dear dhanjit basumatary, LPU NEST (national entrance and scholarship test) is a National level test CONDUCTED by the LPU ALL-OVER India. The test allows to asses the eligibility (wherever applicable) of the candidate for that programme. On the basis of candidate's performance in this Exam, he/she can also avail the scholarship on the programme fee. The scholarship benefit availed by LPU NEST will also remain valid through-out the standard duration of the programme. Means, LPU NEST scholarship for B.Tech programme will remain valid for 4 years. Lovely Professional University conducts its own test LPU NEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test). This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and scholarship for most of the programmes. The amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPU NEST. There are three brackets:
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off.
