For general candidate the age limit is 30yrs, for OBC it is 33 and for SC/ST it's 35.

This is for who are willing to appear in 2013.
So you can easily calculate with this refernce.
A general category candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August 2013
