MBA(Master of Business Administration) is a Masters degree in Management(Business Administration). In India, IIMs offer PGP which are equivalent to MBAs. There are many specialisations like HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT to name a few. It depends on your past qualifications and interests, on which specialisation you choose. -

Yes you can do MBA in HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Development Studies etc.
