What is MBA in marketing? Is the job purely target based or do they provide another job roles?

There is no job in corporate world which is without targets. Every organisation has its own set of goals and objective and these get peculate down to all managers and some time to staff. If you plan to do MBA be ready for targets whole your working life. There is no escape from targets.
