Hi Jyoti, cutoff rank is nothing but lowest CET rank holder who got a Government quota seat in a particular college for a particular branch. This means suppose a college is having 60 Government seat for a particular branch & the last person (with lowest rank) could get the seat is a cutoff rank. The
