Hi,
The Integrated courses are the courses which combine two degrees, one is undergraduate level and another is Masters Level like B.Sc + M.Sc or BBA + MBA. In such degrees you can directly take admission after 12th.

Is there any chance to do integrated course like B.Com+MBA?

MBA integrated courses are a good Option provided done from a top- notch institution.
If you dont get admission into a reputed institution, it may be better to do your graduation first. Work for a while to gain some practical experience and then try for an MBA from a really good B-school that offer
