The MHCET Law syllabus for the 5-year LLB course is given below. The candidates can apply for 5-year LLB programs after 12th.
Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning Study of Law, Legal prepositions, set of facts from Case Laws, Legal aptitude and problem solving ability, Analysis based Questions General Knowledge with Current Affairs History (Ancient, Medieval and Modern), Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics, and the Current Affairs of past 1 year Logical and Analytical Reasoning (30 Questions) Identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments, completing arguments, wide analogies, drawing well supported conclusions, understand the structure, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules, relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structures, and also includes reasoning deductively from the set of statements and rules or principles that describes the relationship among persons, things or events English Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, analogies etc.) Proficiency (Idioms and Phrases, One-word Substitution, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, Fill in the Blanks etc.) English Usage Errors (Common errors, spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.)
English Comprehension with minimum two passages followed by Five to Ten questions
that test reading and reasoning abilities.Basic Mathematics This section will include standard 10 level mathematics questions. These questions will be related to topics including Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Speed and Distance, Average, Algebra and Venn Diagram
