What is minimum gre score to get into MS mechanical in Singapore universities- NTU, NUS, SUTD?

What is minimum gre score to get into MS mechanical in Singapore universities- NTU, NUS, SUTD? i have 70% aggregate in mechanical engineering. not planning to give TOEFL or IELTS. score at school- 10th-85% and 12th- 75%. pls help
