what is more important, the brand name or your designation that interests you,in the company you are working?

The brand name of the organization, is the most critical aspect, which you need to look at. Designations do not really matter, at the start of your career. This is because different organizations will have different designations, for the same job profile.

In my opinion if the job satisfaction is there then company's brand name doesn't matter at all.
