    Robotics is an interdisciplinary subject.
It involves electrical, mechanical, computer science engineering a lot if I want to make a distribution. Among these three, I would say that Mechanical- 37%, Electrical- 37%, Computer Science- 26%. (Basic robotics) [in some specific robots the percentage of computer Science may increase a lot]
I made enquiry about the same topic but 6/10 people will suggest Mechanical. You have two more options. You can directly take robotics engineering or you can also go for Mechatronics engineering. I hope this helps you.
    All the best.
