what is most suitable as for having better career prospects in future after pursuing B.pharm.? MBA HR or MBA pharmaceutical?

don't suggest M.pharma Is like pharmacy does not interests me much. so I want to go for management MBA HR is like suiting all my interests but on the other MBA pharmaceutical would bring sense to investing 4 years doing B.pharma. and would offer better career prospects.. so what is best choice?
