The NEET OMR sheet is a special answer sheet used in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam. You mark your answers to the multiple-choice questions on the NEET question paper on the OMR sheet.

Unless candidates mark answers in the OMR sheet properly, those would not be marked. NTA states the following instructions about marking NEET OMR sheets, which are stated below:
