NPTEL provides E-learning through online web and video courses. You may refer to following link for process details of joining NPTEL courses : http://nptel.ac.in/

NPTEL is an e-learning platform lectures and courses from 8 different IITs for free but if you want to get a certificate and exam you have to pay a amount of 1100 per subject. The link for the courses are http://nptel.ac.in/.
