What is NSFM all about and how about making a career in it?

National Stock Exchanges Certification in Financial Markets is an online testing and certification examination conducted by the NSE. This examination was started with the objective of making stockbrokers, trading members, and clearing members apprehensive of the different subjects in the capital and securities markets. You need to complete NISM modules instead of NCFM as per regulatory guidelines. After completing this, you may start a career as dealer, relationship manager, operations or risk management professionals, research analyst. The starting salaries are in the range of Rs.2 LPA to Rs.3 LPA. Most of the broker pay incentives in the range of 5 - 10% of the revenues after achieving the specified targets. However, you need proper preparation for clearing NISM modules.
