Hello! PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) is a degree equivalent to an MBA. It is offered by the institutes which are affiliated to AICTE. Some reputed colleges offering it are SP Jain, Great Lakes, Somaiya, Welingkar, GIM, etc.
