Both are same. MBA is given by university affiliated colleges and PGDM/PGP by autonomous colleges.

PGDM is almost same as MBA. The fee structure for PGDM will be way too higher than MBA and MBA are provided by Universities. Syllabus is kinda same for both.

Some basic differences are:
1. PGDM is a Diploma whereas MBA is a degree
2. PGDM certification is offered by the institute whereas MBA degree is offered by the University
3. Curriculum could be different as MBA is governed by stringent rules whereas in PGDM the institute has the flexibility to chan

Hi Prashant,
Both are same. It's just that PGDM might cost you a little more as compared to MBA and the college would be autonomous and it would be affiliated with the university. So there is not much difference. The syllabus or the topics are almost the same.

Yes, PGDM is equivalent to MBA. It is mainly industrial based as compared to MBA, which focuses more on theory part and it might be slightly costly than MBA, but it hardly makes any difference.
