PGPM-Post graduate programme in management.
It is a one year MBA programme. Pursued after 2-5 years of experience. PGDM-Post graduate Diploma in management.
It is a two year full-time MBA course pursued by freshers.

PGPM and PGDM are separate PG programs than MBA. MBA is a master degree programme in management. PGDM is Diploma in management. PGPM is 1 year programme in Management.
