Hi. The placements of the college are good with all core profiles. The average package offered is 6-8 LPA. Companies like HDFC, Zycus, Crossword, Aditya Birla, Crisil, Tresvista, ITC, and many more. Many seniors got placed in 3rd semester, and many got pre-placement offers from summer internships directly.
  • MBA HR gets high package compared to MS HR.

The salary of an MBA in HR in any industry depends on multiple factors. Salary varies from company to company you are approaching based on your grades and college you have done your Masters from. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. I would advise you to choose Geeta University for MBA. Pursue an MBA at one of the top MBA university in Panipat, Delhi NCR, India which focuses on honing the natural sense of talent and innovative work of students. If you have done your MBA in HR, then you will get a minimum of 6 lacs per annum if you have done your MBA from a reputed university. If we consider LPU for placements then it is a good option to complete your MBA from LPU as it has a higher placement record for MBA in HR. The MBA student of LPU received an average package of 7 lac in MBA HR. The best thing for LPU, they provide placement classes from the very first year, and from the 2nd semester onwards companies will start visiting for the placement. Some of the companies offered a minimum package of 10 lacs in LPU. LPU has a very good Infrastructure in India and about 600+ acres of

The scope of HRM is very wide: Personnel aspect-This is concerned with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotion, training and development, layoff and retrenchment, remuneration, incentives, productivity, etc. As per my experience, LPU is the best University to join for this programme. I am a pass out from LPU and have profoundly utilized my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors, and management. I did MB
