PMI's Talent Triangle is a competency framework developed by the Project Management Institute. The framework has three areas of knowledge and skill: Technical Project Management, Leadership, and Strategic and Business Management. The three areas of the Talent Triangle provide a framework to foster well-rounded capabilities in project managers' and ultimately to manage successful projects and align with the context of the organization. More importantly, these competencies are a requirement when earning and maintaining PMI certifications.
