what is post grad diploma?isnt it full time mba course?I want to do in HR field...is pgdm less than mba course?

Post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) is equivalent to 2 year MBA course. In that respect, PGDM is not below par MBA course. Colleges like FMS or TISS provides MBA cause they are under an university. Colleges like SPJIMR, IIMs, XLRI do not provide degree, they provide diplomas. Als
