What is pre-sea course in merchant navy? Can somebody explain me in detail?

Pre Sea is a short duration course for cadet who want to join the deck side. Pre Sea(DNS) basically stands for Diploma in Nautical Science and thus cadets pursuing a DNS course don't get a technical degree. After completing your 9months/1year course you need 18 months sea time just to get a B.Sc deg

You may also apply to other private Engineering colleges like Tolani Maritime Institute, AMET, MANET etc. Check out IMU's official website for further details on admission process.
