What is predicated rank? Can i get seats in IIT,NIT,IIIT and other government institute through predicated rank?.

Predicated rank is the rank predicted via your marks ontained in any entrance exam.They just predict your rank that what could be your rank as per your marks but its just a prediction and you couldn't be able to take admission through your predicted rank and hence you need to have your original rank
