'Print Design' can also be called 'Graphic Design' which is done to communicate a 'specific message' for the 'targeted prospective consumers' with respect to any product or service. (public / private) In simpler words, print design means any design communication done with a sole purpose of commercial use (monetary gains: like ads of any products etc.) or awareness (public interest: government ads like awareness of voting, education, human rights, rules etc.) which has a tangible form. (2D) Like newsletters, newspapers, magazines, posters and so on.
