It depends on the each and every country and the institution differently you want to attend.
Courses:
Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Product Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Product Design, Bachelor of Science (BS) in Product Design, and Diploma in Product Design
