    hi rinki,welcome to shiksah.com and ph.d is nothing but a research of masters only if u want to do ph.d in india better select a university which is recognized by aicte and ur local gov and select the research specialization related to ur branch and application procedures are different from university to university and also eligibility criteria s also first select the university and research specialization. then reply me or tell me ur locality ill give u the best universities for this and if u wan a go for abroad on this based on ur branch some countries will be important i mean for computer science America is the best option for mech
