    The job of coordinating and controlling the activities required to make a product, typically involving effective control of scheduling, cost, performance, quality, and waste requirements. Production management deals with converting raw materials into finished goods or products. It brings together the 6 MS I. e. men, money, machines, materials, methods and markets to satisfy the wants of the people.
