Qualification required in IILM University gurugram for B.Tech is pass in Class XII or its equivalent with min. 50% marks in aggregate with pass in Mathematics, Physics, English and any one Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Computer Science. For more details you can visit www.iilm.edu.in.
