What is quality engineering management? Can I get a good job after completing Diploma in quality engineering management from Canada?

Should I opt for PG in quality process? I got an offer letter from Lambton college which is in Toronto. The programme is quality engineering management. It isn't the main campus. I also got an offer letter from Conestoga college for process quality PG programme.
