what is ranking of these univs.ip,bhagwant,iamr coll,jodhpur national univ,lpu.and also tell which should i prefer ip or these univs?

Definitely I.P university Delhi is best Among all these. As I.P is a 'A' Grade University Established by Government of NCT of Delhi . And also one of the best Professional University of India. Else other university u have mentioned has no Match With I.P.
