I just got an admission letter for PGDM in E-business in Welingkar Bangalore campus (after I appeared for interview process). Should I take it or should I continue with my job and try CAT'18 ? I am very confused.

The average package is around 8.5 to 9 LPA. Thus, ROI is good only. Placements are centralized and open for everyone so nothing as such freshers and experienced. It depends on your CV and your skills and how you have evolved in the two years of your MBA.
