What is SAP, qualification requirements, how & where to do & carrier prospect.

Hello, I am pramod aged 42, 10+2 Sci, Dip in El. Engg & PGDCA & praticed as surveyor for last 8 years , I want to change my profession & wabt to do SAP, please guide me how to do, what module will suit to me & how I can get a nice employment.
