    Hello,
    Scope of civil engineering more or less remains the same but with increase technology in the field of construction today the demand for the skilled civil engineers expert in a particular technologies are in great demand so if you have a specific knowledge about Technologies, then you are good to go with the prospect of future civil engineer.
    Civil Engineering is one of the core branches of Engineering it is the branch which is the base of many Constructions there is lot of scope in it you can get a job in the government sector under the Civil Engineer post which is highly reputed.

    You can further move for M.Tech to learn more else stop at B.Tech and you can start to be a contractor or a junior civil engineer you can even try for government jobs under r&d (roads and dams) department etc.

    You can take up M.Tech
    Or, any job like field assistent.
    Or Junior trainee.
    Or contractor.
