Hello,
Scope of civil engineering more or less remains the same but with increase technology in the field of construction today the demand for the skilled civil engineers expert in a particular technologies are in great demand so if you have a specific knowledge about Technologies, then you are good

You can further move for M.Tech to learn more else stop at B.Tech and you can start to be a contractor or a junior civil engineer you can even try for government jobs under r&d (roads and dams) department etc.

You can take up M.Tech
Or, any job like field assistent.
Or Junior trainee.
Or contractor.
