    Neuroscience is a subject of study, not a career. Not many who study neuroscience will become neuroscientists. Most will follow other careers like medicine or get jobs in biotech, most of which may not have much to do with neuroscience. And many will end up in careers not related to Science. Also, many neuroscientists, most of whom work in academia, did not study neuroscience in school anyway. If becoming a neuroscientist interests you, volunteer in an active neuroscience laboratory at your university. Ask to attend lab meetings and seminars.
