    Security and Investment Law comprises legislations of Securities Contract Act, 1956,  Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and Companies Act, 2013. The financial transactions involving stocks, assets, shares, liquidity, mutual fund investments, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Bonds, ESOPS, PF, Bank Products, Annuities, etc. are secured under Security and Investment Laws.
