The Services Marketing Mix is an extension of the traditional marketing mix, designed specifically for services, which are intangible, perishable, inseparable, and variable.
Instead of 4Ps, services use 7Ps.

     Services Marketing Mix (7Ps)

Example: Healthcare consultation, banking service, hotel stay

    Price

    • Amount the customer pays for the service

    • Includes fees, discounts, payment terms
Example: Doctor consultation fee, airline ticket price

    Place

    • How and where the service is delivered

    • Can be physical or digital
      Example: H
