Hi Dev
sponsored students mean who are approved by their admission panel and they charge less fee to them. non sponsored student's have to pay more fee because they do not fits in their eligibility criteria.
Like in b.tech computer science
Sponsored = 1.1 lakh/semester
Non sponsored=1.65 lakh/seme

You are wrong. You swapped the meaning of sponsored and non sponsered.
Sir please check facts before writing an answer, this is the first thing that shows up when you look for answers on google and it can easily mislead others. If not mislead, you will for sure put them into shock for a few minutes.
