Information technology (IT) is the application of computers to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data, often in the context of a business or other enterprise. B.Tech IT prepare students to become application developer. In addition to basic engineering courses syllabus includes course such as Programming and Computing languages , Object Oriented Systems Theory, Digital Electronics, Data Structures, Computer Organisation, Data structure, RDBMS, Software Engineering, Microprocessors, Computer Networks, Information Systems, ERP, E-commerce, etc. Syllabus in each university may vary little bit. -
In IT (Information Technology), you would be taught subjects like Programming Languages - C, C+ Java, .Net. Apart from this, there would be subjects like Computer Algorithm, Computer Graphics, Mathematics in All semesters and some elective subjects.
