Telecommunication engineering is actually nomenclatured as ETC (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering) or ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering). After passing out from this steam, you need to work on Electronics devices. You also have the scope of programming Integrated circuits (ICs)
