Hey dear, It depends on the college, but try to get minimum of 75% in PCM for getting a good college.

50% is required in Physics, Chemistry and Maths to get admission for B.Tech in Kurukshetra University.

The eligibility criteria for admission procedure for all colleges on average is 60% to appear in the entrance exam. Some colleges offer direct admission on the basis of your class 12th marks.
