What is the acceptance rate for international students at Yale University?

Yale's overall acceptance percentage is usually between 4 and 6%, but because of the high volume of applications from all over the world and the university's restricted room for non-U.S. applicants, the rate for international students is sometimes lower. Yale uses the same exacting criteria to examine all applications, taking into account leadership potential, extracurricular accomplishments, academic brilliance, and personal traits. If English is not their first language, foreign students must also prove their English language skills on assessments such as the TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo English Test.</p>

After detailed scrutiny, the university merely accepted 2,332 applications. The Yale University acceptance rate is 4.5%. The Yale admission is highly competitive.</p>
