What is the actual procedure of seat allotment in JEE main for common rank list and category rank list?
Actually me nd my friend wanted to pursue btech in coe from nsit my rank pretty good so i have no tension about me but my friend belong to sc category he wants to know the procedure for seat allotment as he got 2 AIR rank {1. gen rank 2. sc rank} i also wanted to know what is the actual procedure is

Hi,
The common merit list that is prepared is based on the candidate's performance in the exam. Please remember that only those aspirants, who have taken both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking.
As far as the marking system is concerned, the marks secured by a candidate in Physics
