What is the added advantage one has by doing integrated MS course over the regular B.Tech course?

    In my opinion, only advantage is that one can resolve their pre and post graduation in 5 years duration as it will take 6 years to complete both but according to placement wise I'll prefer doing B.Tech and then M.Tech or MBA full 6 year course.

    The first advantage is managing time and then it's having a Master degree in former rather than Bachelor's in latter.
